El compartimiento superior, en doble pared aislada, está equipado con un grifo de drenaje en la parte inferior. El compartimiento inferior está cerrado por puertas. Calentamiento Bain-Marie por resistencia eléctrica. 4 ruedas, 2 ruedas pivotan con freno y 2 ruedas fijos. El carro es adecuado para contener contenedores GN hasta una profundidad de 20 cm.
