It has a special and exclusive Gimetal treatment, G.H.A - GOLDEN HARD ANODIZING, which makes it more resistant, smooth and hygienic.
Drilled to reduce weight and allow the discharge of excess flour.
The intermediate sliding handle is in a special high-density polymer, it resists impacts and insulates the hands from heat. A joint on the back of the arm allows to block the intermediate element and find it available at the top when the small pole is placed upside down.
