Ideal for managing pizza by the meter / blade. The handle is on one side and integrated on the same level of the axis, thus allowing you to make the most of the work area. Milling on the front favors taking charge, releasing and rotating the pizza in the oven. Unlike traditional wooden planks, the use of anodized aluminum makes the product light, solid, durable, hygienic and easy to clean. In the perforated version, the axis has holes on the entire surface, specially designed to impart low friction and discharge the flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza, risking burning. The same tool is used to rotate the pizza inside the oven and remove it once cooked.
