Solids recovery stainless steel rake

Stainless steel rake for cleaning professional wood-burning ovens in pizzerias, bakeries and restaurants. It allows to recover solid residues (wood, coal, etc.) left on the oven floor. The stainless steel makes the instrument extremely resistant to the heat of the oven, while the oval aluminum tubular handle makes it light, ensuring a good grip.
