Shovel with neutral anodized aluminum head and blue anodized handle.
It has a reduced weight compared to the classic models but an extreme robustness with the oval tubular handle to promote stability.
The light and flexible head allows the spatula effect with special ribs that ensure the seal;
neutral anodizing makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation;
gentle and regular milling facilitates the rise of the pizza.
The handle head joint consists of the overlap of the two elements ensured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability, also the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle gives greater comfort of use.
The slotting gives low friction and discharges the flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and risking burning.
