CARRELLO TERMICO ARMADIATO BAGNOMARIA. Interamente costruito in acciaio inox AISI 304 18/10. Il vano superiore, in doppia parete coibentata, è dotato di rubinetto di scarico sul fondo. Il carrello è atto a contenere bacinelle GN fino ad una profondità di cm 20. Il vano inferiore è chiuso da antine. Riscaldamento a bagnomaria mediante resistenza elettrica. CHARIOT THERMIQUE BAIN-MARIE AVEC ARMOIRE. Chariot en acier inox AISI 304 18/10. Le compartiment supérieur, à double paroi isothermique, est doté d’un robinet pour lìévacuation sur le fond. Le chariot peut contenir des cuvettes GN d’une profondeur maximale de 20 cm. Le compartiment inférieur est fermé par des portes. Chauffage à bain-marie au moyen d’une résistance électrique. Roues pivotantes (cuvettes exclues).
